1. Program Description
Better Leads Media LLC sends two types of SMS, each with its own separate, optional opt-in checkbox: (1) non-marketing messages about your consultation request, including confirmations, reminders and follow-ups; and (2) only if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages with tips, offers and updates about Better Leads Media LLC's marketing services. After opting in you will receive a confirmation text.
2. Consent and Opt-In
Submitting a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. You may opt in by checking the separate, optional text-message consent box on the consultation request form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We only send each type of text (consultation or marketing) to people who checked that type's box.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP." Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
5. Help Instructions
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us at eduardo@betterleadsmediallc.com.
6. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on interaction. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

9. Prohibited Content
Users agree not to use the service for any prohibited or illegal content, including phishing, smishing, or social engineering.
